Congratulations to Peter Johnson and Alyssa Wells for graduating with the class of 2011!!!!!
Peter graduated from Grantsville High and we went to the celebration with Conor's family. It was a small graduating class, ( it was Grantsville). They also said that cheering was forbidden, but that didn't stop the rowdy Larson clan. AKA: Kim, Adam, and Conor. I think we embarassed Peter a little bit with our cheering and the adminstration even said something to him after since it sparked a rebellion in the townsfolk and cheering for other students followed. Congrats Peter!
We were also able to go to Aly's graduation which was up at Weber State. I can't believe my little sister is graduated! I feel so old!!!! Liam did really well during both ceremony's. I'm gad he's a good baby so that we can make it to these events! Her graduation actually let people cheer and that was fun. A few people even had air horns! I will admit, I was a little jealous!
I couldn't find a gradation picture of Peter so this one will have to do!
So excited to be done! A little sad too!
It is so crazy how fast time flies by! I swear this was just me and now I have a husband and child! Watch out Aly, it happens fast!

You and Aly look so cute together in that picture. I would have to agree that Graduation and Prom and other things are done a little different in Grantsville but I have never heard of the no cheering. I think we cheered for our family members when they graduated so maybe that is a new thing. But small town events like that can be really fun and full of tradition as well. Just very different from what I was used to. Congrats Aly!
