Then on Friday, we were going to do all the Bountiful festivites, but we didn't wake up early enough to go and fight for a spot at the parade, and since Liam is still too little to care, we just skipped it. We went to Texas Road House during the parade and then headed up to fireworks, where we were joined by my family, and the Collards. It was a great show and we followed it up with some ice cream afterwards. Then on Monday morning Conor was running in his first race ever! He ran on a team with a bunch of people from work. I still can't believe he did it! I have been wanting to get into running for a while now, and it's been pretty tough! Then one day he just comes home from work and says, "Oh yeah, I'm running in a 10k."
He had like 2 weeks to train, and he was pretty anxious about it, but he did GREAT! He finished in one hour and one minute and he was very proud to have passed a bunch of people at the end. I am SO PROUD of him for doing the race and doing so well! It has really inspired me, and maybe we'll run a race together one day!

Here's the DDM team! ( Deseret Digital Media) Don't you just love the headband look that he has going on!?!?!
After the race we came home and took a long nap and then headed out for another date! Two in one week! That is just crazy! We went to an afternoon showing of Captain America and it was SO GOOD! I CANNOT wait for The Avengers to come out! Haha, being married to Conor has kind of turned me into a comic book/superhero movie geek!!!
All in all, it was a great weekend and of course it wouldn't be a good post if I didn't at least mention Liam! He turned 4 months on monday! WOW! Stats will be coming soon, as soon as I get them figured out!

Can I just tell you how jealous I am of you right now?!! Haha oh, the plus sides to living by family/friends! Brock and I haven't had a date night in FOREVER!! That is one reason I'm so excited to have my parentals down here, we'll finally be able to have some alone time every once in a while!! But I'm glad you two have so much fun together. It's good to know that having a baby hasn't changed that, since it does for so many people. Miss you guys, and I'll see ya next week!!
