6 months!

Holy cow! 6 months already!?!?!? Where did my little baby go? Time is just flying by and I am loving every second of being this little guys mom. He makes my world so complete and I sometimes wonder what in the world ever made me happy before I became a wife and a mom.
Life with Liam is so so so much fun. He has the funniest personality. He is SO determined and independant. It scares me slightly for the future. He tries to do everything himself. He can hold his own bottle now and likes to be in control of feeding himself. He always tries to grab the spoon from me, when he is eating solids and that just turns into a HUGE mess, but he gets the biggest grin on his face.
At 6 months Liam:
*sits up really well ( when he wants to.)
*LOVES SuperWhy still
*Loves little kids and especially other babies
*eats lots of solids. ( bananas, squash, peas, cereal, apples, pears, sweet potatoes.....)
*is close to crawling. He gets into an army crawl postion but usually goes backwards or around in circles.
*Smiles ALL THE TIME.
*Loves his Daddy. Seriously, he smiles SO BIG when Conor walks in the door. It's a little out of control!
*Tries to climb out of everything. His carseat, swing, bumbo, my arms, ect. This has resulted in one accident so far ( falling out of his swing) and i'm sure more are to come.
*Tries to whistle. This is probably one of my favorite things he does. He'll form his mouth into an "0" shape and blow until he can make a whistle sound. He usually does this when he's getting wrapped up for bed.
*Knows his name.
*Babbles a lot and is always talking.
*Finally starting to laugh a little more.
*Kicks when he gets really excited.
*Loves to stand.
*Favorite song is I am a Child of God. He falls asleep to me singing it EVERY night.
*still has to be swaddled to sleep.
*Hates socks and tries to eat them.
*Is growing a little bit of hair. ( everyone still thinks he is bald, but to me it looks like he is on a hair growth spurt! haha)

Weight: 14 lbs 1.5oz.............5th %
Height: 25 3/4 inches..........20th%
Head: 16 3/4 inches.............20th%
